Good Morning Baltimore!

Like oh my god oh my god I am sooo in love with this movie! The colorful cast and of course the much more feminine John Travolta dancing alongside amazing cast like Amanda Bynes, Queen Latifah, James Marsden, Michelle Pfeiffer and the most awesome Christopher Walken!

The plot itself is amazing. I know many can't stand musicals but this one is bearable, just like how amazing Chicago was that I watched it like 15-20 times. Unfortunately Zac Efron didn't really shine through this one; unless you're still going through puberty even if he stood there holding a piece of rag they'll still think he rulz.

Hehe... I dragged Fahmy to watch it with me. He likey! Despite what others may think, he still came out of the other side of the theatre STRAIGHT. Haha! Baby, you're timeless to me :P

7.5 hr : Photo updates

I spent the last few hours uploading these pics cos each one of them is like 1mb in size.

So the boyfriend and I caught The Simpsons Movie and its awesome. We kept laughing our socks off (yes we both wore socks at the time). Its a must see movie for everyone!

We finally get to eat at Marche, Vivocity branch since it had opened late last year. We were there just before dinner time so there really isn't any crowd.

Click here to see them all!

Did you see that?

I left my house at 11am in hope to get a taste of the goodies from Donut Factory. Shops are usually open around 11am and by the time I reach there I was so damn sure there will be no queue.

None of my friends had ever gotten the chance to try the donut due to the large crowd awaiting outside the store but they highly recommended it (clueless as to how they know its good). The one they recommended in Vivocity (Vinco) is far less beyond my expectation. Their donuts sucks!

Anyway, I was confident that I could be the first one to try this Donut Factory! Fahmy texted me when I was on my way there: "Are you sure you want to queue?". Pretty dumb question since I'm not even there yet.

Went down to the basement and cheerfully browsed the directory trying to locate the store when Fahmy pointed to me in a direction which looks like one where a Singaporean lined up to get freebies. To my horror the queue was split into 3! I bet these people started queueing even before the store had opened!

Fahmy:
Do you want to queue?
Fida: Fuck it and lets watch a movie.

So we headed to Great World City and bought tickets to see Fracture. Ryan Gosling... mmm... I thought he was hotter in Hercules. Its a good movie I'd give it a 7/10. The ending could have been better. I liked it, Fahmy liked it. So I guess its money well spent.

We spend the whole of my Saturday talking, laughing, hugging, eating, drinking... just plain norm fun. Its been a VERY long time since I spent more than 10 solid hours with him.

Any idea when is the screening for that Simpsons movie? The donuts shown in the trailer looks really yummy!

On The Line

That's the title of the movie had never been screened anywhere other than in theatres near your in 2001. Why??? Its been so long I actually forgot what's it about! I bought tickets to watch it because I'm a fan of Nsync and 2 of my favorite boys are in it - Lance Bass and Joey Fatone (not pronounced as Fat-One, mind you!).

I remember the movie's got something to do with the train, met a girl on the train, separated, can't stop thinking about her, send search party to look for her (more like putting up posters like someone who had lost a puppy) and happy ending.

It'll be so nostalgic if I could rent the DVD and have a girls' (or gays) stay in movie night and reminisce the good ol' days. Haha... burly boys not allowed!

The Last Rabbit

So I got a pair of movie tix to catch The Last Mimzy and my only fear was to get a lousy seat since I got a free seating ticket. Thank God when I'm there, the theatre's pretty much half empty and I got me a decent slot. The story's goes way into the future where the earth's too dangerous for humans to live. So dangerous that it has swept mankind off the face of earth. So there's this freakingly old scientist who's trying to fix the situation by sending people back to the past to find a cure. All those sent back to the past died and barely made it to the other side of the realm. So his solution? Make hi-tech stuff rabbit cross the trail and will they survive the ordeal? Dum-dum-dum....

The show's suppose to cater for kids who's interested in sci-fi crap but sad to say some adults dun get it (I do of course, hehe). Will the kids be watching to ooh and ahh and the not-that-cute Mimzy and walk out of the theatre begging the parents for a piece of the soft toy? Hmmm... personally I'll give it a 6/10. Pretty entertaining after a hard day of work.

Bye, Strum, Boo, Fastfood, GOAL!

... ya rite~!

Lots of stuff to blog today. Many many things happening in my life last week. I'm not even sure where to start. Hmmm...

Last friday was Clifford last day sitting behind me. I have no one to irritate me anymore in the office right now. In fact today the office is so quiet I actually felt like I'm working. Haha~! He had left for greener (more like concrete/cemented one) pasture. Am I gonna miss him? I dunno... too soon to tell.

On Saturday I dragged Hazel's old guitar to Peninsula Plaza to get it checked and repair whatever's that needed to be fixed. Cost me $35 and I also bought me some guitar picks and a tuner. They helped me fix everything. So whatever's that broken is now... unbroken *LOL*.

[RESERVE FOR PHOTO/S]

I caught Fast Food Nation at GV Plaza and boy am I disappointed. Is it a movie? Is it a documentary? Who knows! Its B-O-R-I-N-G~! I tell ya... If not for Wilmer Valderama in there, I would have fallen asleep! Fahmy kept glaring at me whenever Wilmer's on screen. He's cute ain't he?

After a quick dinner at Delifrance, we head to Boat Quay for an impromptu guitar lesson. He's a good teacher, I'm a lousy student, together we make good blister on my fingers. Yeah... I can play Whats Up by 4 Non Blondes. My fingers are so bloody stiff I swear I wanna bite them off. I can't play the C chord proper up till now!

Around 8-ish, we hunt for the nearest pub with a big TV screening football match since the beau wants to catch the Liverpool-Watford game. Thank God Liverpool won otherwise I would have gotten an earful from him!

Ah... yup. That's it for now... another exciting weekend coming up!

The Devil and The Scoundrels

You are The Devil

Materiality. Material Force. Material temptation; sometimes obsession

The Devil is often a great card for business success; hard work and ambition.

Perhaps the most misunderstood of all the major arcana, the Devil is not really "Satan" at all, but Pan the half-goat nature god and/or Dionysius. These are gods of pleasure and abandon, of wild behavior and unbridled desires. This is a card about ambitions; it is also synonymous with temptation and addiction. On the flip side, however, the card can be a warning to someone who is too restrained, someone who never allows themselves to get passionate or messy or wild - or ambitious. This, too, is a form of enslavement. As a person, the Devil can stand for a man of money or erotic power, aggressive, controlling, or just persuasive. This is not to say a bad man, but certainly a powerful man who is hard to resist. The important thing is to remember that any chain is freely worn. In most cases, you are enslaved only because you allow it.

What Tarot Card are You?
Take the Test to Find Out.

I don't think I deserve this card... damn you Lindsay!

Anyway just came back from watching School of Scoundrels. Its actually pretty good. If you like Anger Management, you will like this one cos' its pretty much about there but without Mr. Sandler :(. Ben Stiller's in it though but he will only make an appearance during the last 75% of the movie. I'd give it 7/10. It made me laugh so I say its good.

Borat sucks... NOT!

Just came back from watching Borat. It opens today... technically, yesterday since I'm blogging after midnight... and I didn't hesitate to drag my baby after his jamming session to the nearest cinema. He was skeptical at first but came out fully converted, by yours truly. I'd say go catch it. If you like Ali G or political humor, this movie is for you!

Also for the first time ever, I made myself useful and captured clips of my baby's sneak peak performance for New Year's Eve performance at Vintage (Your Authentic Rock Bar).

Switchfoot - Meant To Live

Seether - Hang On

Alter Bridge - Open Your Eyes

INXS - Pretty Vegas

Red Hot Chilli Peppers - Soul To Squeeze

... and I ran out of memory card space *LOL*

*faint*

For the past few weeks I have been working a lot. I realised I work 15hrs a day. I work when I'm in the office and I work when I'm at home. I'm physically and mentally tired but I cannot take official leave off work. I have to wait till like end of september or something before I can do that. I'm tired...

Last night I woke up in the wee hours coughing like a mad woman. I have no idea why but I had to sit up in order to breathe... and cough at the same time. Am I having asthma attack after 10yrs of not having one? Hmm...

I have 2 pairs of movie tickets... DOA: Dead or Alive and See No Evil. God knows when I'll be able to watch them! DOA will not be out till October and from the look of it, SNE will not be out so soon either. So the boyfriend will not be free to watch it with me, therefore, the other half of the ticket are still up for grabs. Of course, you hafta watch it with me, cos the tickets are mine... muahaha!!

I'm pissed the company kept rescheduling the Company Initiation Program (that's orientation in lay men's term) and I keep having to move the dates around. Should I get a PDA? Or should I stick with the good ol' organisers?

Going to Settler's Cafe again this Thursday. This time the good bunch will be going and I expect the fun meter to be up to the maximum level.

I want to plaaaaaaayyyy!!!

Money well spent

Before I begin, PLEASE VISIT MY RENTER WEBBIE, lookie to your left... Reality Show fans especially.

Hey ya'll! Its been a while since I blogged. I love blogging cos' it lets me express myself and a quick way to update everyone I know (who knew the existence of this webbie) that I am happy and at times when I am pissed. By the time I managed to meet them F2F (face to face), they knew what to do and what to talk to me about. I'm happy ya'll. I'm blogging with a smile on ma face.

**Britney Spears/Red Neck mode off**

I have photos to update but the silly 'ol fotopages site is down :(. I have many many pics of my new colleagues and of course, my new hair. Yerpz, I am very happy with my hair now. *CROSS FINGERS* No more bad hair day!

My colleague gave me a pair of movie tickets on Friday at GV Plaza. Its for the movie called "Slither". Hmm... I have no idea how to describe the movie Its disgusting, nonesensical, dry humor and a waste of money. Oh wait! I caught it for free *phew*!

I met Salyza and Fidzah last week too. She wants to pass us her wedding invites. I kept complaining to her how sweet smelling her card was I dun have to wash my handbag anymore. It tickled my nose from time to time therefore I took a harsh decision to store the card far far away from my nose. Till your wedding day, I'm not letting that thingy out. Hmmph!

While reminiscing our good 'ol school day, we manage to thought of how to find Fidzah a boyfriend. We're gonna start our 'mission' after fasting month and we even came up with a list! About 12-15 pts on what kind of man she's looking for. Yay! T'was fun!

Till I update with photos... chow! Oh ya... before I forget... HAPPY BIRTHDAY QIIM~

Decisions, decisions...

Bangkok or Genting Highlands?
I love them both and I have the budget for either one of them. But I have to choose!!! Time is running short... have to sleep on it for a couple of nights more :(

Free Movie
Gonna watch Firewall tomorrow. Hope its good, or at least interesting enuff to keep me awake. Its free anyway, so why not?

I'm bursting with yoo-hoo
As what my colleague call it, erm... "Bomb Japan Syndrome". Yes, after a lousy beer over the weekend, I've been bombing Japan every other hour. I dare say now that Japan has ceased to exist on earth. Next I'll bomb China!

Work
I have soooooo many things to learn and my manager is in Bangkok right now!!! Yes I'm green with envy but she's there for business. Hmmm... Khao San operates at night... AAAAAARRRRGGGGHH!!!

Photos...
.. I have many, yet to upload, why? cos I'm so bloody lazy... pfft!

Will update again soon... promise!

Sumthin' Wicked This Way Comes...

Ahhhhhhhhhhh Yeahhhhhh!!!!

New layout, ma babies! Watcha think? Cute? Yeah... I thought so. This is the best I could come up with. No fear, I hope to make a better one before middle of this year... till then, just bear with this one.

Ironically I am very busy at work at the moment. I have 1 week left exactly before I step out of this GODDAMNSHITHOLE for good and I have not even packed yet. Why am I so busy? Hmm... somebody doesn't wanna lend a helping hand. Somebody panicked that I'm leaving and there'll be no one else to push her work to

I tried throwing away rubbish I've collected after 6 years of being here and I had to stop half way. Its just too overwhelming (or could be that I'm just too god damn lazy, go figure). I don't think I am able to clear my desk at all. There's definitely more work stuff than personal one. Of course I am planning to dump whatever shit that will not fit in my big box/bag (can't decide on which yet).

I caught Date Movie last night and I'll give it 7/10. Could be better but as usual, you have to be ok with this kind of parody-movie in order to appreaciate it. Oh yes, SCARY MOVIE 4 is coming! And so is X-Men 3!

Oh photo update...

Till then... wish me luck packing...

Back to work

Its Monday and I'm back from my "vacation". Not very happy and not very comfortable. The drugs I got from the doctor sorta caused some gastritis effect and I'm in pain right now. Left me no choice cos' I need those pills to prevent me from suffering the immense pain my ear caused. It used to be on the left side and now its on my right. Bloody hell! What did I do wrong? Is sleeping on my sides caused my ear to swell? Hmm...

Anyway I believed in making my "vacation" a fun one. Although I cannot really go out cos' I looked like shit when I'm "sick", so I stayed home and invented my own version of fun.

The Buried Secret of M. Night Shyamalan
This movie is directed by Nathaniel Kahn, took us through the "documented" journey of Night's past. I quote from IMD, "This entire film was a mocumentary that was advertised as an unauthorized bio of reclusive director M. Night Shyamalan. After going so far as Shyamalan reporting to the press that he was upset about the release of this film, many fans and journalists became upset when they later learned it was all a hoax. The Sci-fi channel released an apology a few days before release for their campaign strategies." I believed this flick was a true story but on second thought, it could be another Blair Witch thingy. Most of the cast play as themselves. Johnny Depp's in there for God knows why!

Confession of a Teenage Drama Queen
A teenage girl is convinced that her home city revolves around her until her family packs up and moves to the suburbs, where she finds herself competing for attention. I don't really like Lindsay's acting here but Adam Garcia's in it! Hehehe... Adam plays the lead singer in the band "Sidarthur". Weird band I hafta say and he's drunk pretty much throughout his appearance and sober towards the end. I prefer his role in Coyote Ugly :(

This movie was launched somewhere or near to Lindsay's other movie, "Mean Girls" and "Freaky Friday". She was on a roll there and at the period we thought we had too much of her. She should have given it a rest. But that doesn't mean she could take a long break and record an album! Gee-whiz! Can't stand her!

Feeling Minnesota
A lot of people say this movie is too much like that of "Fargo". Not that I have seen it but hell, it was alright to me. Cameron Diaz was forced to marry this scum bag cos she stole like ten grand from that crook. On her wedding that Keanu came, since he's the brother of that scumbag. Cameron fell for Keanu (for obvious reason) and they tried escaping but that scumbag always manage to keep up with them. Its a messy movie, that's all I can say. Not fantastic, but bearable to watch till the end. Oh by the way, Feeling Minnesota's title was inspired by some lyrics in the Soundgarden song 'Outshined': "I just looked in the mirror/And things ain't looking so good/I'm looking California/And feeling Minnesota". Not that I've heard the song or anything... that's why it all worked out for me.

Cheaper by the Dozen
I love this movie and I cannot wait for HBO to play the sequel! Lindsay's rival played one of the dozen's and yes, Tom Welling is in it too *droooool*. The father, Steve Martin had to handle his 12 kids all by himself when the wifey had to travel the country to promote her book "Cheaper By The Dozen". If you think Lynette Scavo (from Desperate Housewives) is a hero in this field, wait till you watch this!

You might find one of his daughter looking a wee bit too familiar. Alyson Stoner, who played Sarah Baker, is actually one of Eminem's dancer in the video Just Lose It and 3 more times in Missy Elliot's videos! She was also doing some dancing bits in the "Suite Life of Zack & Cody" (you may not have seen this if you don't have Disney Chanel). She's so adorable and of course, a child prodigy, IMHO. She's the next big thing, people!

D2: The Mighty Ducks
I'm a fan of those ducks! I can never get enuff of 'em. This sequel to me has better cast. There's Scott Whyte (the hottie from the Iceland team) and Mike Vitar (played Luis Mendoza, the speedy gonzalez)!

So let me tell you more about these 2 hotties. Why? Cos I feel like it!

They both came back in the Mighty Duck sequel, D3. Funny thing is that while Mike played the same role as he did in D2, Scott however, played this guy named Scott, an American. He's no longer played an Icelander! Hehe...

Movie Critic Wannabe...

Angelina Jolie had to go massively blonde in this movie. I like the idea of the plot how a person can be so uptight and trying to make their life all perfect and let the fun side of them down. One can be a whole other person to be in that perfect world. Everything in the world must come to an end one day. What will you do when you find out you only have a week to live? Catch this movie and find out.

This is like one of the dumbest movie I've seen in my life! Or probably the director just want the villagers to be dumb people. At any moment at any time the everyone in the village will pass out, the women got pregnant at the same time, gave birth at the same time, their kids have some kind of evil powers, and the kids all have the same colour hair - SILVER!! Don't ever watch this movie... EVER! Big waste of time. Oh by the way Christopher Reeves' in this movie

Ok this movie's kinda infectious. I watched it a couple of times! Its a feel good movie; made me feel so good that I feel like setting up my own day care centre! The kids are so uber cute I can't get enuff of them! The kids background, manners and attitude reflects so much on our society. You should see how Eddie Murphy tried handling a bunch of brats and changed them into a better person. 2 thumbs up from me!

Last one I promise. I did saw all these movie during the weekend! Ok, the sequel to Meet the Parents starring Ben Stiller, not really my favorite comedian but he's alright to me. I find myself liking this sequel despite of the horrible reviews from the professional movie critic people. Instead of seeing Ben Stiller up against Mr. Byrnes, now its the Fockers all up against him. Its hilarious cos The Fockers are hilarious, laid-back, fun loving people. There's no reason why we shouldn't love his family! 4 thumbs up from me and my darling! Hehehe...

I need a new PC

Today's post will be god damn blardy long. Why? Cos it's been a while since I had updated my entries and I felt kinda foolish not to share to many exciting stuff that's been going on in my life.

First of all, happy belated birthday to Nazrina. We had our all girls nite at K-Box. Great songs, great company and awesome cake. So happy to see your face lit up when you saw the cake. I will update the photos soon enough before you know it here.

After lunch we had Active Day at work and I spent 2hours doing nothing, disturbing my colleagues mostly with my 'baseball bat'. Oh yeah I almost lost my voice because I screamed too much, cheering for my team mates during the telematch games. Before the day ends, I took part in the netball game and boy am I good. I played Centre for a half court ala street netball. We lost but we had fun. Well, we lost cos my shooters sucks!

On wednesday I went to catch The Terminal with Fahmy, eventhough I've seen it, I thought it'll be more interesting that he treated me to a Gold Class movie experience! *see phlogger on your right* I didn't take any photos int here, cos you weren't allowed to in the first place. Hahaha.. that's the 2nd time I went there. My first was a few years back watching Charlie's Angel: Full Throttle. I enjoyed the 3hrs pampering, the recline seats, the blankies, the comfort...

I finally got me a straightening cream from Loreal for my or so messy hair. Ladies, that cream works wonders! My hair never felt softer and much more manageable and DOH straighter after not rebonding it for over a year! Try it! It's only like about S$10. Available in all pharmacies!

Oh yes, there's some rat problems at work. My colleagues discovered rat poo around their desk. I can;t find any around mine! That shows the standard of cleaniless in me, people! They caught a dead one in the finance department. It stinks but no doubt I think there's more!

I've discovered a brand new piracy scheming tool other than Kazaa, Imesh whatevers.... Its called Ares! Get them from downloads.com while stock last. No spamming, no spyware, no pop-ups whatsoever! Its fast, its realiable and its awesome!

Within a month, I've been to Thai Express TWICE! Thats obviously that I've rated the place with a 2 hot thumbs up!

Oh by the way I got myself a new game, Hotel Giant and its fun to be a hotel tycoon for once! I;m losing a lot of money but hey! What are banks for! I saw Sims2 at harvey Norman selling for $59.95 but knowing me, I'd rather wait for a pirated copy! I heard its awesome...

Alrighty, I'm beat! Chow...

Where did my weekend go?

I had a very hectic weekend. So hectic I don't feel like going to work on Monday. Ermm... I never felt like going to work on most days! Well, Saturday night was fun. Went to Rouge with some colleagues and friends. The music and concept is so much similar to Phuture. Drinks were cheap that night. Not too crowded therefore I wasn't that uncomfortable. I stopped clubbing/pubbing because I find myself getting annoyed by crowds, or rather, the wrong type of crowds. I have to pick the nite spots I'm going for very carefully not too young to meet the requirement and worst, TOO OLD! Click here for the pictures.

Spent the whole of Sunday at home. Pretty relaxing you say? Well, good thing I have HBO. It made me feel like I'm at the cinema without having to dress up, or even shower. I caught I Am Sam last night (Yes I AM a crybaby). Its awesome. It goes pretty slow but you have no idea how many times I cried that night. I mean its really touching to see a retard gave his one and only young daughter everything he could give just to make her happy. Society doesn't agree with the idea but really, what's wrong with a father-daughter relationship? Just because he's mentally disabled he's not capable to love and care for someone else? Thumbs up for Sean Penn and Michelle Phiffer, she's so radiant in that movie. She's aging very gracefully :-)

Oh yeah I manage to catch MTV Video Music Awards 2004, nothing brilliant. Its all the same, year in year out. Congrats to all winners and Mr Raymond Usher, if you happen to read this (I hoping you would, really), I would like to tell you how hot you look that night! Like wow! You've grown... aawww

Snapping into reality, I am so bored at work I am practically pre-writing my blog entry hours before even posting them. Still thinking about Usher though... he's hot isn't he?

I hate my office

To hell if anyone I mentioned in this entry's reading this, I have to let it off my chest! Seriously if you people think that I'm some kind of punk trying to steal some people's rice bowl, why was I employed then? In less than 2 months will be my 4th year anniversary in that company. I have to say I love working there but the PEOPLE I work with have spoiled it all!

What's wrong with letting me use the internet for work purpose for half a day? You think I'm a farking malay and I can't afford to have my own internet access at home that I have to abuse it in the office? Oh puh-leeeeeze!!!!!!

And if you think being in the company a decade longer than me (meaning between 2-3 decades older than me) gives you the authority to control or scold me like as if I'm your daughter! Pick on your own flesh and blood for a start! If you think I'm not helping you, ask yourself, how much are you helping me in the first place??? Like the chinese proverbs says... "Yuen Mang Yuen Pang" (thanks Lianne for teaching me that - I'm sure you know who I'm talking about) or something like that.. translates: The more you help, the worst it gets! I love that phrase!

I caught School of Rock after work with Fahmy... that show is awesome! I love the kids *awwww* Now I wish I'm still in school... YES! Some people aren't fortunate enough to afford further education to the universities... I have to work for it, no one spoon fed me! Tell me if you have the right to yell at me BITCH!

Oh my God... I felt slightly better now... Good night :-\

Shine...

I love my hair now. It ain't that straight as it was suppose to but I like it. Its soft and not wavy! I prefer it that way. It made my hair looks naturally straight. If you were to see me for the first time I dun think you will know that I had went for rebonding.

I had already thought of my new year resolution 2 nights ago. Starting next year, I must discipline myself to hit the gym at least twice a week. Not only for my health and fitness but also to keep me occupied when Fahmy's busy. I thought that was like the best resolution I had ever made! Nothing materialistic nor selfish...

I watched Matrix: Revolution last night and BOY was I disappointed. For someone who hardly sat down to watch the first 2 movie, this one was a complete waste of my money. Too many effects I must say although they are really AWESOME. I got to see Keanu kick some villain's ass only for about 20mins or so. The rest all lies in the hands of the firearms and machines. The theatre was darn cold. Lucky me I had my jacket to keep me almost warm! Inspite of a bad movie, I had a superb dinner. Yes, I went to Long John Silver after so long!

Where's my JEANS!!!!! Where the hell is my JEANS!!!!

Recycling is fun

I heard on radio stats of how much waste we're creating in the office daily. I feel very guilty now. I am using a lot of paper! But everyone in my office know that I tend to reuse my papers. Colleagues from other offices came to take some recycling paper from me! Alright, I dun feel so bad now...

I slept early last night since Fahmy's a asleep by the time I finished watching Queen of the Damned. Pretty good movie! I wonder why so many people tell me not to watch it... just because Aaliyah doesn't appear that much, doesn't mean the movie's a flop! What's the big deal about Aaliyah anyway. I never really liked her. Everyone's into her after her death! I dun understand... dun wanna feel left out I assume...

I'm contemplating whether or not to change my layout (AGAIN?!?!). Its so gothic... its so me! I love it! Tell me what you think...

I had the most fun ever!

Knocked off from work around 3 to meet the love of my life for a movie. We caught The Rundown and I shall give it a 6/10 although I really enjoy the hilarious bits, obviously there's Seann William Scott! We had Nachos and Vanilla Coke and Ice Lemon Tea... *LOL* not that any of you want to know~

We head down back to Kallang for the next part of the night. We reached Igor's by 6.50pm and were welcomed by really freaky looking people who took a lot of time to memorised the guests names. We had to wait around their very own bar area which has a pool table but Fahmy and I was too intimidated to play with the "business class" crowds there.

We get to mingle and take pictures with the crew, all dress up as some spooky characters. There's 'Frankie'stein, Trolley Dolly, Nipple Face and Lucy Loose... I can't find Toink, he looks cute... you guys should check out the website!

The tunnel walk was kinda scary, the food is good, all the crew are very friendly, the show is good... I had a lot of fun! All of you should go...

Gold Class! Gold Class!

You will never believe how awesome the Golden Village Gold Class Cinema was! They have the most comfortable RECLINING seats and a mini table to be shared with my partner next to me. All seats are in twos and there's only 30 seats in the theatre. They even provide us with a nice warm blanket!

When we "checked in" we will be guided to the lounge where we can chill and order food that we wanna have inside the theatre and they will send it to me once I get seated. Yes, we have to pay for all that unfortunately. They even have beer on their menu!

And all that for S$25... its worth it if you ask me but not to be on a regular basis kinda thing. Specially reserve it for special occassion. Nothing special yesterday, just thought we give that place a try for future reference.

Me and Fahmy had a superb time last night. It rained... slightly more then what you call drizzling. The weather was very cooling the whole night, too bad we both have to go back separate ways... he took a cab home. We were thinking of opening a new joint bank account but til now still deciding which bank to go for.

Uppety-up-up-up

Catching Charlie's Angel in matter of hours in GV Grand Gold Class. It will cost like S$25 per ticket but I heard good stuff about that theatre. Anyway I am taking a few hours off work to catch an earlier show with Fahmy.

Speaking of Fahmy, he's starting to read my blog :P He's very happy now. He got a job and made some new friends there. I am very happy for him too. He's probably busy planning what to spend his salary on. His cellphone line's back from the dead by the way, therefore I could start calling and SMS-ing him now!

Marlboro cigarette price went up again. S$4.20 for 10-stick and S$8.30 for 20-stick! If I were to go to Malaysia to buy them it will cost me like S$1.30 for 10-stick and S$2.50 for a 20-stick! I could have quitted earlier and save all the cash but its too late... gimme til 2010 and I should have completely kicked the habit by then. I can't go cold turkey... I can't!!!

Friday 13th - OoOh...

1. What's one thing you've always wanted to do, but never have?
I've always wanted to pierce my eyebrow, but I didn't go for it. Fear of pain and losing my family.

2. When someone asks your opinion about a new haircut/outfit/etc, are you always honest?
If I like it I will not praise too much neither would I criticise that much but if they can't accept the negative opinion of mine, which is much of a fact, I will be VERY honest with them from then on. You won't like me if I'm like that... honest!

3. Have you ever found out something about a friend and then wished you hadn't? What happened?
My 2 good friends were lesbians... yes and they made out right next door to where I was then. Freaky!

4. If you could live in any fictional world (from a book/movie/game/etc.) which would it be and why?
The Princess Diary - I've always wanted to be a princess, I am like one! *LOL*
Romeo & Juliet - I have to admit this but what's wrong with wanting to co-star with Mr. DiCaprio?
Oops... that's 2 movies *giggles*

5. What's one talent/skill you don't have but always wanted?
I would love to be able to play all musical instruments!

Its Friday 13th, Rizal and Fahmy on their way to watch this Japanese horror flick call Ju-On and I count myself out. I dun hate scary movie but I dun fancy those which has settings that looks like a typical house. I will get those imaginations whenever I'm at home. That will definitely freak me out!

I had a great 8mth anniversary celebration last night. Went to watch Bruce Almighty. Its f**king hilarious. Fahmy laughed like mad in there. I laughed harder just watching him laugh. We made a visit to a "wishing pond". Its more like a huge fountain and we start to throw pebbles in there after making wishes. I had a great time... I hope he does too...

I am in the process of purchasing a new domain and webspace with ActiveWebHosting. If anyone of you think I should not proceed, or if you have any advice for me, please comment. I would love to hear your opinion, thanks!
