The Right Stuff?

This is the first time I watched these ol' boys perform on stage together after being disbanded for ages. Do you think they sound horrid? Still cute... but they sounded so blah!

Watch and learn

Why I will blog about this video...?
  1. This kid is an amazing guitarist for someone of his age
  2. The song is just... almost impossible
  3. He looked like Flea from Red Hot Chili Peppers
  4. I think he's cute with his natural blush
  5. The faces he made... *sigh* and the little dance now and then... *double sigh*

You want a piece of her?

Of all the shittos stuff she's done, I pretty much admire her somewhat. I mean, I don't blame her for being what she is now, fame IS a bitch. Top it up she has like the worst parental unit ever and if I'm in her shoes, I'll end up where she is, a lot less sexier I bet... haha. On the contrary I am glad she's not as trashy as her sister, Jamie Lynn.

I'm Miss "American Dream", Since I was 17.
Don't matter if I step on the scene,
Or sneak away to the Philippines..
They still gon' put pictures of my derriere in the magazine.
You want a piece of me?
You want a piece of me.

I'm Miss "Bad Media Karma"
Another day, another drama.
Guess I can't see no harm
In workin' and being a mama.
And with a kid on my arm
I’m still an exception, and everyone
Want a piece of me.

I'm Mrs. "Lifestyles Of The Rich & Famous"
(You want a piece of me?)
I'm Mrs. "Oh My God, That Britney's Shameless!"
(You want a piece of me?)
I'm Mrs. "Extra! Extra! This Just In!"
(You want a piece of me?)
I'm Mrs. "she's too big, now she's too thin"
(You want a piece of me?)

I'm Mrs. "You want a piece of me?"
Tryin' and pissin' me off.
Well get in line with the paparazzi
Who's flippin' me off.
Hoping I'll resort to startin' havoc
And end up settlin' in court..
Now are you sure you want a piece of me?
(You want a piece of me?)

I'm Mrs. "Most Likely To Get On TV For Strippin' On The Streets."
When getting the groceries, no, for real,
Are you kidding me?
No wonder there's panic in the industry..
I mean, please
Do you want a piece of me?

Gimme gimme no more

What is wrong with her VMA performance here. Lets evaluate shall we...

1. not singing, she did not lipsync well either!
2. barely dancing
3. bad hair extensions
4. one of her fake nail dropped out
5. not very nice for a mother of 2 to be wearing something like that
6. she look like a dead fish on stage
7. she did not impress the audience at all
8. unflattering exposure of post maternity figure (I wouldn't say she's fat but you know...)

This is not the Britney we all know. Let me let you refer to her past performance here and tell Brit-Brit... what happened to you? I can imagine the performance to be a big bomb if I were to remove YOU from the stage and let your awesome dancers do all the magic. I know a lot had happened in your absence from the industry...

1. got married
2. got kids
3. got divorce
4. got Paris Hilton to be your BFF
5. got bad pictures across all media
6. lost all the important people necessary for her career
7. rehab, rehab, rehab
8. oh the drinking... bad mummy!
9. battling child custody with K-Fed
10. almost bankrupt I suppose...

My advice... DO IT RIGHT OR DON'T DO IT AT ALL. Anyone, and I mean anyone, could have matched your quality standard that night and many would do it for free. You're losing your fans slowly by the minute, honey!

  2. They were HAWT in the 90s

L33T-ing & Singing

L33T Launch Party: Nothing awesome, just networking session among mediawhores. I had to mend the front desk for the event at the 11th hour when I've already made plans to tryout this new Karaoke place in Chinatown. The event went pretty ok. I have no idea what's going on inside, but the place is lovely (read: butt absorbing seats). My area is right next to the table where they place all the drinks free for the guest. I think I had waaaaaay too much champagne that night. I love champagne. I can drink it like water!

Ten Dollar Club: Only $10 per head, free flow of drinks and they even throw in a bowl of sharkfin soup (not the original one) per person. The room's alright and the song selection's pretty good. The best part I guess for the price, I can adjust the room temperature when it gets cold/warm, no issues. Will I go back there again? OF COURSE! They don't have a website and for those interested to try it out, its on Smith Street, Chinatown. Its on the 2nd/3rd floor and the entrance is behind a makeshift foodstall called selling Peanut Soup (euwww!).

Check out the pictures!

By the river...

I attracted so much attention from the gawking tourist that last night. One even wanted to take my picture when I politely decline. I bet she'll go back to wherever she came from and showed to her good looking 27year old son she met a Singaporean stoner *LOL*.

Yup, I took videos this time round. If its horrible, please don't hate me. My fingers were already swollen by the time we captured the vids.

Yup, uploading to ifilm since youtube's a bit anal at the moment.

As I browsing some magazines at work (its part of my job to do so) and I saw a familiar face. i even got another colleague of mine to take a look at it, since he will find the person familiar too, and he couldn't hold back his laughter. His first words were "So fat like that can join such competitions?"

Yup, its him alright!

Weekend updates

Yeah... I met Fahmy, hungry, had lunch at Delifrance, Capitol Building, walk a bit, got tired, took a bus, end up in cineleisure, contemplating to go bowling or karaoke, end up at K-Box, went for member's special where I don't have to pay cover charges, just for drinks and the compulsory tid bits, we were given 5 hours to sing, felt like texting Rizal, he came down to join us all the way from Johor Bahru, Malaysia, we sang till we're pretty much hungry again, went down to Beach Road for dinner, had "tulang" (direct translation: bones, otherwise its a delicacy made famous by people here, see this entry), chit chat for a bit, went over to Tampines to hang out with Fahmy's friend, around 1am, we shifted to Pasir Ris for another round of not doing anything, hailed a cab, reached home around 3.30am, went to bed, do-nothing Saturday, got bored on Sunday, called Siti up for another 5 hours of karaoke-ing.... *phew* Let the photos do the talking.

Oh let me be the first to welcome a certain French boy who at this moment is making his way to my tiny island. Va te faire foutre!!

Strummmmmmm.....

Another 'class' today with ma man. Not too bad. He's happy with my progress and my fingers' taking it well... at least better than the last time. I learnt 3 songs today to practice at my own pace. Kelly Clarkson - Breakaway, Labamba (don't ask!) and Smashing Pumpkin - Zero.

Here's me playing Zero.

HAHA!!

Anyways, here's a few more clips of Fahmy rockin' it... A+ for trying :)

[VIDEO REMOVED UPON CONSTANT PERSUASSION AND THREAT]

Sorry baby...

Anyway speaking of Billy Corgan... check him out... past to present :)

Bye, Strum, Boo, Fastfood, GOAL!

... ya rite~!

Lots of stuff to blog today. Many many things happening in my life last week. I'm not even sure where to start. Hmmm...

Last friday was Clifford last day sitting behind me. I have no one to irritate me anymore in the office right now. In fact today the office is so quiet I actually felt like I'm working. Haha~! He had left for greener (more like concrete/cemented one) pasture. Am I gonna miss him? I dunno... too soon to tell.

On Saturday I dragged Hazel's old guitar to Peninsula Plaza to get it checked and repair whatever's that needed to be fixed. Cost me $35 and I also bought me some guitar picks and a tuner. They helped me fix everything. So whatever's that broken is now... unbroken *LOL*.

[RESERVE FOR PHOTO/S]

I caught Fast Food Nation at GV Plaza and boy am I disappointed. Is it a movie? Is it a documentary? Who knows! Its B-O-R-I-N-G~! I tell ya... If not for Wilmer Valderama in there, I would have fallen asleep! Fahmy kept glaring at me whenever Wilmer's on screen. He's cute ain't he?

After a quick dinner at Delifrance, we head to Boat Quay for an impromptu guitar lesson. He's a good teacher, I'm a lousy student, together we make good blister on my fingers. Yeah... I can play Whats Up by 4 Non Blondes. My fingers are so bloody stiff I swear I wanna bite them off. I can't play the C chord proper up till now!

Around 8-ish, we hunt for the nearest pub with a big TV screening football match since the beau wants to catch the Liverpool-Watford game. Thank God Liverpool won otherwise I would have gotten an earful from him!

Ah... yup. That's it for now... another exciting weekend coming up!

Yappy Yew Year!

Its 2007 and I hope you had partied the twenty-o-six away like your life depends on it! I personally had a different kind of celebration. I was in a place where I get to feel for someone else. I was a proud mama watching my baby on stage doing something he love the most (other than me). I couldn't wipe the smile off my face the whole night and he knows it and thought it was weird. He got an encore to play with another band and I had shamelessly announced to the peeps near my table that HAWT bassist is my boyfriend! Shameless I tell ya...

Oh ya, there's videos too but that'll take time to load so maybe on the next entry or so... HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone. Have an awesome 2007. IN YA FACE 2006!~

Borat sucks... NOT!

Just came back from watching Borat. It opens today... technically, yesterday since I'm blogging after midnight... and I didn't hesitate to drag my baby after his jamming session to the nearest cinema. He was skeptical at first but came out fully converted, by yours truly. I'd say go catch it. If you like Ali G or political humor, this movie is for you!

Also for the first time ever, I made myself useful and captured clips of my baby's sneak peak performance for New Year's Eve performance at Vintage (Your Authentic Rock Bar).

Switchfoot - Meant To Live

Seether - Hang On

Alter Bridge - Open Your Eyes

INXS - Pretty Vegas

Red Hot Chilli Peppers - Soul To Squeeze

... and I ran out of memory card space *LOL*

They like the way we dance
They like the way we work
They like the way the LAMB is going across my shirt
They like the way my pants complements my shake
They like the way we react every time we hear the base

Do your ears hang low?

Do your ears hang low?
Do they wobble to and fro?
Can you tie them in a knot?
Can you tie them in a bow?
Can you throw them o'er your shoulder
like a continental soldier?
Do your ears hang low?

Do your ears hang high?
Do they reach up to the sky?
Do they droop when they are wet?
Do they stiffen when they're dry?
Can you semaphore your neighbour
with a minimum of labour?
Do your ears hang high?

Do your ears flip-flop?
Can you use them for a mop?
Are they stringy at the bottom?
Are they curly at the top?
Can you use them for a swatter?
Can you use them for a blotter?
Do your ears flip-flop?

Do your ears hang out?
Can you waggle them about?
Can you flip them up and down
as you fly around the town?
Can you shut them up for sure
when you hear an awful bore?
Do your ears hang out?

Does your tongue hang down?
Does it flop all around?
Can you tie it in a knot?
Can you tie it in a bow?
Can you throw it o'er your shoulder
like a Continental Soldier?
Does your tongue hang down?

Does your nose hang low?
Does it wiggle to and fro?
Can you tie it in a knot?
Can you tie it in a bow?
Can you throw it o'er your
shoulder like a Continental Soldier?
Does your nose hang low?

Do your eyeballs droop
do they wobble in your soup
can you tie them in a loop
can you wind them on a hoop
do your eyeballs droop!

Do your ears stretch wide? Do they reach from side to side?
Can you use them as a parachute
or wings that let you glide?
Can you cast a cooling shadow
over most of Colorado?
Do your ears stretch wide?

Are your ears too big? Are they heavy as a pig?
Do they bruise your cerebellum
when you dance an Irish jig?
Can they function as the anchors
for a fleet of oil tankers?
Are your ears too big?

Are your ears real small? Barely visible at all?
Do they look just like two peanuts stuck onto a bowling ball?
Can you store them in a thimble when you're feeling rather nimble?
Are your ears real small?

Are your ears quite clean? Do they have a lovely sheen?
Did you harvest all the vegetables that grow down in between?
Did you wash out all the soil after all your farming toil?
Are your ears quite clean?

Are your ears so thin? Do the breezes make 'em spin?
Can you shine a light right through them like the finest onionskin?
Can you wrap up a salami? Do they fold like origami?
Are your ears so thin?

No Judgement: Lance Bass, *Nsync

Whyyyyyy???!!! Why do I have to feast my eyes on this picture!! Damn you Perez Hilton! Well, in case you ppl just migrated from the mountains, let me introduce Lance Bass' make out buddy. I dunno his name but he sure got a good taste. He's HAWT~~

[edit]
His name is Reichen Lehmkul, some reality TV star.
[/edit]

If you look closely he has some resemblance as that fella from Take 5. Whatishisname.... Ryan something? Seriously. He looked really familiar, doesn't he?

Ok... I think this will be like my new online blogging mission to find photos of boybander's gay partner. Yay! I love this mission! Maybe I should open a whole new blog just for this mission so not to interrupt my daily ramblings? Hmm...

Remember... NO JUDGEMENT!

Perfect

Sometimes is never quite enough
If you're flawless, then you'll win my love
Don't forget to win first place
Don't forget to keep that smile on your face

Be a good boy
Try a little harder
You've got to measure up
And make me prouder

How long before you screw it up
How many times do I have to tell you to hurry up
With everything I do for you
The least you can do is keep quiet

Be a good girl
You've gotta try a little harder
That simply wasn't good enough
To make us proud

I'll live through you
I'll make you what I never was
If you're the best, then maybe so am I
Compared to him compared to her
I'm doing this for your own damn good
You'll make up for what I blew
What's the problem...why are you crying

Be a good boy
Push a little farther now
That wasn't fast enough
To make us happy
We'll love you just the way you are
If you're perfect

White Rabbit

Oh let me smoke thru this song... oh please... yes! Yes! Yes!

One pill makes you larger
And one pill makes you small
And the ones that mother gives you
Don't do anything at all
Go ask Alice
When she's ten feet tall

And if you go chasing rabbits
And you know you're going to fall
Tell 'em a hookah smoking caterpillar
Has given you the call
Call Alice
When she was just small

When men on the chessboard
Get up and tell you where to go
And you've just had some kind of mushroom
And your mind is moving low
Go ask Alice
I think she'll know

When logic and proportion
Have fallen sloppy dead
And the White Knight is talking backwards
And the Red Queen's "off with her head!"
Remember what the do0rmouse said:
"Feed your head
Feed your head
Feed your head"

Rockstar updates + Work Anger

BEFORE I START, please take your time to click HERE! My renter's sticking around for another 48hrs so I thought I'd pimped her site a lil' bit more.

I may be talking about 2 different topics for this entry but nevertheless the emotion is pretty much the same. Angry music and angry Fida... hmmm...

Yesterday I was at work till late. I only reach home after 8pm. That's a record so far. I kinda tell myself when I first started that I'm not gonna be one of those suckers who has to be stuck in the office for more than 8 hrs.

Why I was held up? I was waiting for a couriered parcel to be delivered to the office. It was supposed to have arrived in the afternoon but apparently the courier guy told the agency that there was no one in the office to receive it, and he has been coming back and forth twice. That's just utter bullshit, I say. In the end he came about 7.30pm. JOY!!

I was so pissed I threw the parcel on my desk and Scott who has been hanging around my office poured me a glass of red wine. How sweet. I practically inhaled that thing and got back to work. I was breathing again after that... thanks to the wine.

Ok now lets talk about the rockstars. Most of them put up an impressive performance. The judges was on the edge of the seat rocking along to the performances. My take on last night's show, Zayra, Dana and Josh should be in the bottom 3 cos' they sucked! My fave last night were of course Dilana, Phil and Magni! They rocked man! Can't wait for the result show tonight.

Ok back to work!

Rockstar! Rockstar! (Part Deux)

Ok I'm back to complete the other half for my previous entry on my take on the rockers. Here I go... woo hoo \m/- (<-- thats the 'rock on' hand sign).

Patrice is one talented rocker. She can sing and she plays guitar too. I think she should step it up a notch (or a couple more) to match up with the others. By playing her guitat while performing Nirvana - Heart Shaped Box, she has a disadvantage for not showing a better stage performance as the others. I dunno, it could be a good thing to not move around a lot on stage or maybe not. The crowd wasn't as hyper as they should be when she performed.

I love Phil! He's sexy on stage. I dunno, probably I just love the way he sing in this slurring, sexy, seductive voice. It looked like he's slacking on stage but its just his personality. He sang it his way and I love it. He pulled it off well, in my opinion. Way to go, you sexy thang!

Ryan is ok. Not too fantastic. He did a Rolling Stone hit without being too Mick Jagger-ish. Judges wanted him to show them something more than that which I have to disagree. There they kept emphasising to make the song their own and telling Jill off because she kinda impersonate Courtney Love a tad too much and here they're telling Ryan to be more like Mick. Strange judges we have here...

I dunno what you think but in my opinion Storm could have done better. The song doesn't do her justice. She sounded too kiddy rock, if you know what I mean. I really would want to see her doing better. She has a shot at this.

Hehe, first of all I love the song that Toby had picked The Killers - Somebody Told Me. He pulled it off really well and the judges agreed in unison. There was even an encore request on result day. He's one sexy Aussie slut!

Last but not least, the puerto rican Zayra. She has a really weird voice. I dunno, it may be suitable for some songs but the problem is, not only does she sond weird, she don't even sing The Kinks - You Really Got Me right! She did an encore on results day and it did sound a lot better but I am still disturbed by her voice and the way she moves on stage. Very weird... I do not want to see her on the show again. OFF WITH HER HEAD!!

Finally! I'm done... can't wait to watch next week's!

P.S: Their videos are viewable on youtube.

The Ring of Fire by Dilana

What did I tell ya? Good stuff eh? Hehe...

Quick newsflash... I am pissed Nick got booted from Project Runway 2. It should have been Santino. Oh before you people start giggling, people on the other wide of the world, I know you guys are gonna get Project Runway 3 soon. Please do not tell me who won the PR2 cos I really wanna watch it. Don't ruin this for me.

And another newsflash. Dumb Chris got voted out of Rockstar Supernova. THANK GOD!

Rockstar! Rockstar! (Part Une)

Ok last night was the first time I caught Rockstar Supernova. I pretty much am glad I caught it now cos they featured their best top 15 and they rock! So here am I, being my bitchy self, I'm gonna give my own personal critics views on some which I think worth mentioning here. I shall go in alphabetical order.

This man here is a tad too cocky for my liking. He kinda reminds me of that Justin Guerilla from American Idol. His hair is almost just as big. He sang one of my favourite song Franz Ferdinand - Take Me Out and its not what I imagined how someone will cover it. Hate his outfit, hate his hair, he can't do Franz Ferdinand in my very humble opinion.

She did Born To Be Wild which I think sounds more like Bore, Wannabe Wild. I dunno, I just dun see it in her. Her personality doesn't really show when she perform, sadly. She dress ok, nice hair, nice clothes... but... nah... she's not one of my favourite. Hopefully she will be able to find that missing ingredients to wow the judges me

Oh my God, Dilana, I am so gonna name my future daughter after you. You're the shit, girl! I soooooo love her. She pulled off a Johnny Cash hit classic Ring of Fire in the fieriest, hottest, self-arranged rendition that spells out D-I-L-A-N-A. She had wowwed the judges and me! She's my girl... rock on babe!

Jenny's so perky, Jenny's so blonde... but she caught my attention singing one of my all time favourite song Tainted Love. That is how the song is supposed to be sang and she pulled it off. Good vocals, good stage presence, she has my vote!

My dear Jill performed another one of my favourite song Hole - Violet. Because of this song I bought me a pair of violet tinted contact lenses. No kidding. That's how much I love this song. She may be impersonating Courtney Love onstage but who isn't? Impersonating Courtney Love wild antics IS COOL! I love her, she rocks my sock.

So what if the judges' impressed with his awesome vocals? I personally pictured him singing in Top Of The Pops, doing the chair routine, with baggy outfits, wearing a t-shirt printed BOYBAND in bold. You can't be a rockstar, boy... I'm sorry. You are lacking in erm... the flava!

When I found out he's gonna do Coldplay's Don't Panic, I panicked! No kidding! This guy is like one hell of a hardcore punk fella doing something slow-mo like Coldplay. Hats off to him! I love this guy, I think he will make it to the top 5.

With a cute name like Magni and a cute bald head like that. I can watch him all day. Not bad of a performance. Nothing that made my heart skipped a beat. The Who's My Generation is a very energetic song and he kinda hesitated to jumped out of his comfortable box and made the song his own. He's safe.

Ok I'm halfway day and before I bore my readers to death, I shall continue this in my next entry... or not? Hmmm... till then... ROCK ON!

I love watching YouTube users spoofing my favourite MTVs. This one deserve a special mention cos' I think the Poozzykat Dawls are much cuter than the original PCD babes.

Another special mentions...

In Loving Memory

This entry I'm dedicating to Randy Rhoads.

Dec 6, 1956 - Mar 19, 1982

Let me tell you more about this man. He's a very talented guitarist and pass through audition in 1979 to be part of the Ozzy clan. He finished a short life at the age of 25 when the plane he rode crashed.

Here's a clip of a talented young girl, Chelsea Constable, attempting the song at a tender age of 10. I think she's like 16 or 18 now and I found another clip of her playing a Van Halen number here. Is she a child prodigy or what? R-E-S-P-E-C-T! Watch this!

The song he will be remembered by is one titled "Dee". This song is very special to me. Why? Hehe... Fahmy played this song for me years back during our courtship days over the phone. I fell in love with him almost instantly! Eventually he forgot the tabs and I've been pestering him since to start learning again. You are SO gonna hear this song on our wedding day... hehe!

If you're interested to attempt the song, click here for the tabs.

K.T.B.P.A.

(Keep The Backstreet Pride Alive)

How many of you still remember being obsessed with the Backstreet Boys (BSB)? How many of us are ashame to admit that you used to go nutz over these 5 gents from Florida? You know what? I need closure. So forgive me, in advance, if I had embarassed you in any way possible or mentioned something that may not sound close to being true... hey, I'm the one writing this story now aite!

How long has it been? For me it started about 10years ago. I was only 15 and cute guys like Nick Carter made me blush! I was one of the rare girls who adores BSB when everyone else talks about Take That. I felt left out but not once did I care.

I remembered one afternoon in school Francisca announced that BSB will have an autograph session in Tower Records that very day. I could almost felt my leg giving way. Its an opportunity I couldn't possibly miss. So we rushed home quickly to change, there's 4 of us, Rose, Salyza, Francisca and myself...

We got disappointed when the Tower Record staff announced that there are no more entry passes left. Nevertheless, we continued squeezing in the queue line and probably we were meant to meet these boys as Mr. Security actually let us passed! I can see the other girls glaring at us in envy! I felt like it was the best day of my life, ever!

Its a day we girls relived over and over again. We relate the story to every girls' envy. Haha... it felt awesome. Years passed and the obsession grew. I spent hundreds of dollars every month on magazines, CDs, imported CDs, track singles, merchandises and many others that I could not even recall right now.

There's nothing more exciting then to meet fellow BSB fan on the street and be proud for what we believed in. You have no idea how many people I've known and befriends with thanks to BSB. I will name them, I will... I am so proud to tell the world, BSB had built so many friendships of mine. Jane, Susanah, Stephanie, Lindsay, Lianne, Kym, Kate, Rina Marini, Rachel, Siti, Yam, Jessica, Shireen, Josephine, The Backdoor Girls, ... darn, I forgot some names but its alright. Its the thought that counts.

So the legacy ended a couple of years back and what remained is the friendship. We don't find the need to talk about BSB no more. They "left" us for good. We accepted the fact that they did so we moved on. Over the years we had grown up and learned to not care anymore. Hehe... and guess what! They came back? Like F**K!

I just saw them on MTV Diary and damn I hate watching them now. Remember Frick & Frack? Looks like the Frick & Frack now is Howie and Nick! AJ's Mr. Oh-I-Can't-Go-Near-Alcohol and the other 2 are Mr. I'm-So-Married. What the f**k is going on! This is so anti-climax. Actually I would expect such since they're not the age they used to be back then. Kevin was 28 when they started, how old do you think he is now? Nick Carter still thinks he's the BABY OF THE BAND! *sigh*

They had accomplished so much the first time round that now, they're out to have fun, or so they say. I would have really wished those guys would have acted their age and try not to think as themselves like they were before 10 years ago. Its just so... passe!

By the by, I've finally let it off my chest. To my boyfriend. who's still sleeping at this point of time, YES I used to be a BSB fan and I am saying it oh so proudly. I'm over that phase now... I got my closure ... *clap clap*!

(Bimbo mode: ON)
I did french manicure all by myself! No stickers no nothing! So proud of myself *beams*

Thou shalt not judge me

Am I a good speaker or a good listener? Seriously I prefer to listen. I get verbal pretty unneccessarily but often perks up the whole convo. Anyway I can't stand people telling me to "write more", "say more" or "do more" when I prefer not to. Its not that I'm evil or I dun like you but rather I am better of not saying much. What do you expect me to say about someone I meet like once in 2-3 years? I may not write/talk/do stuff up to your expectation but I am who I am. If you think by letting everyone know I dun write/talk/do enough, will that change me? I dun think so bitch. If you think I'm such a terrible person then f*u*c*k off... Go away if you think I ain't worth your time. I am not just a nother name in your worthless, little black book!

I can't wait for the end of the week where I won't have to go to work on Thursday and Friday! Hehehe... Chinese New Year celebration and we're granted a half day on Wednesday also. I'd probably go out have a nice little dinner with Fahmy. Something we've not done in a while. Also I have to get in touch with Rizal to celebrate a very belated birthday! Sorry boy... we're busy :-)

Oh did I tell you I went to China Jump last Thursday? Jive Talking was there - I think they're Singapore's very well-known pub band that I can think of. Anyway the food there's alright although a littlt pricey but service a little f*u*c*k*e*d up... hehehe

Had a long night too on Friday. Came home only about 4am on Saturday. Hang out with the guys and talk cock till the morning. Pretty refreshing after hanging out with the girls for a few days. Yes girls, I ain't used to hanging out with people of my gender no more hehehe... help me get used to talking about lingerie, make-ups, diets, boys and sex~ LOL!

Work's alright, early in the morning my senior supervisor had to piss me off. Apart from that I finally get to have my favourite Ice Milo for breakfast... urgh now I'm hungry!

Powerless

No matter how much effort I put in my work nowadays, I get no satisfaction from any of it. Yes I'm beginning to get sick of being in the office with people who only think of themselves and people who love the idea of stepping you flat on the ground so as to get them a few inches higher up. I wonder how long I'll still be here. Praying, as always, that the economy will pick up and job opportunities will be everywhere. I would love to try working in a proper company with proper office etiquettes.

Very short weekend for me this week. Gotta work on Sunday around 6+am. I need my sleep... I'll pay more attention to that area on Saturday. Unless I'm bored, I'd probably be home the whole day. OMG there's still like 1 week before my pay day. I'm all dried up... financially, I meant.

TRL's pretty cool. I am so enjoying that show nowadays. Anyway a lil' confession, I love Heya-Outkast video up till now...Duncha?

Fahmy's on sick leave, lucky bastard... Been busy at work and I might start going round visiting my friends this
